Ray Freeman

Ray Freeman is an associate faculty member in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Royal Roads University. As a tourism industry consultant, Ray also supports organizations and communities that face dynamic challenges in a volatile economy and competitive global marketplace. Ray received a Masters Degree in Tourism Management from Royal Roads University in 2011 with areas of study in Sustainable Tourism, Destination Development, and Tourism Leadership. 

His career path includes: adventure tourism guide, serial entrepreneur, project manager, and international business development specialist. He has consulted for the BC Ministry of Tourism; was Industry Services Manager with Tourism Vancouver Island; and consulted for Vancouver Island University. Ray has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors of Tourism Victoria.
